Ridicules Exact

I went to buy a **** at Exact Ermelo. Gave the cashier my Capitec Card to pay - after I punished my pin in he said that I must go over the street and draw a statement at Capitec because they have problems with Capitec (HE HAS'NT TOLD ME THIS WHEN I GAVE MY CARD TO HIM THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION ABOUT THE CAPITEC CARD THAT HAS PROBLEMS). Luckily I have the app on my phone and sent him the statement - it went through my card and showed on my statement. He then said I must leave the clothes (that I rightfully bought) and my bank statement (my personal bank statement) and then head office will repay me. Today 5/4 they called and said I can come and get my money at the story but I am still not allowed to take the close.

What kind of business is Exact? I can't take my clothes that I am willing to pay for. Why isn't there a notification that they have problems with Capitec
