refund

last week thursday i went to kollanade (montana ) exact clothing shop to buy cellular phone .when i arrive at home we found that camera is not functioning,.today i went to the store to request for refund as it is out of box failed. the rude store manager refuse to give me refund as it is stated in their refunds policy or give us new one because it still under 7 days period.she refuse and tell us ,she wont refund cellular phones .we paid hard cash when we buy it but my rights were undermine by this store manager
