Refund chronicles

I'm so disgusted by the level of service provided by Exact Bothaville as it leaves a sour taste on one's mouth,my wife made a Laybye and she misplaced the receipts so we are struggling to get R600 refund back,we even bought the clothes that we layby cash from them thinking that we will get our money quickly as we we in n a hurry so it has been a struggle to get a proper feedback as we were told that they are waiting for area manager to provide feedback as she was in a funeral ,new story is that the area manager is still researching on how to resolve my issue and don't have time for such as I need my money back ,log 2x calls via Exact head office and was given wrong ref number by the consultant that assisted me C's -*** and C's ***
