Putrid customer service!!!!

Putrid service! My husband and I was at The Exact stores in parow centre cape town branch to open an account for my husband which I asked my husband to do,he did not really what to. If that wasnt enough,he was asked for his salary amount infront of other customers,very unprofessional as that is something so personal. He already did not feel good about that as he told me when we got home. Then yesterday we went to collect his card. Theres a queue at the till point,only one person helping. I then had to ask if there was anyone else that could help us. When we were eventually helped by a tall light of complexion muslim guy( unfortunately I do not know his name) he was explaining about Tfg's 15% that has to be paid upon first purchase etc,now knowing my husband he was not really taking note of what was being said,hence I was listening,I then made a comment"I do not understand why Tfg has a 15% rule..." and this guy assisting us response was to my husband" sir seem that its your account do you understand?" Completely dismissing me with intent which I felt was extremely disrespectful and I did not appreciate that at all. It was uncalled for. Bare in mind my husband already did not really want to open an account their he did it for my sake,only for us to be treated unfairly. It was really awful! My husband says he no longer has a interest in that account,never had the opportunity to purchase on it. We were also told we have to purchase right away to activate it. What nonsense is that? We should be able to purchase when we are ready to do so. My husbands comment to me was "what happened to making the customer feel welcome" im extremely annoyed and nauseous for that rotten customer service. Everyone working there has attitudes. Besides one African Lady. The manager jus stood there never felt the need to intervene. Everyone's standing behind the till point. No one on the floor. Im highly disappointed in TFG. There was no value being upheld yesterday. Especially being treated with respect and being transparent flew right out of the window. Infact it was never present to begin with!!!
