Prescribed account

I opened an exact in 2014 . I stopped using the account in 2016. In 2022 when I check my credit report, the was an MDC5 account witch I know nothing about. When I contacted the company they told me it was my Exact account. I have never got a call from this company or exact for month 4 years. Exact remove their name from my credit report but gave I company I know nothing about to collect a prescribed account if I still had an account with them. This has affected my credit record I missed some job opportunities because of this DMC5 and Exact
