Poor service regarding the repair on a tablet

I bought a tablet at Exact stores in Kokstad, 3 months later, the screen was damaged. I took the tablet back toExact stores in Matatiele(close by store). The tablet was sent for repairs on 22 May 2015. I did not get any follow up whatsover, untill i went to Exact where the manager promised to get back to me, which he didnt. On the 19th June, again i went to Exact for follow up only to be given a quote dated 10 June. I made deposit on the 20th June and sent proof of payment to Exact in Kokstad, where the manager promised me an update on the 24June. With no update, i called future mobile tech(repair center) where i was told they havnt received proof of payment. The repair center said it would contact Exact for clarification and get back to me. Countless times calling the repair center with no positive feedback. Today the 6 July called the repair center again only to be answered by a.lady who was rude and arrogant towards my enquiry. Todate my phone is not repaired, with no explanation from both Exact stores and or Future mobile technology.
