Poor service ever

I went to Exact Alex plaza, while busy shopping realized that there was no sizes on other items am looking for, i asked on of the guys who was wearing a uniform if he can assist me with sizes, but he told me he's on lunch, and told me to go to a lady called Slindile for help. I went to her explained what am looking for she said ok andnd continued to do her files. I went to the till points to ask for assistance but the laddies on the desk was so rude and told me they only assist those who are buying so i must go to Slindile to assist me. I then put everything that i wanted to buy amd left the store, what a poor service.
