Poor service (Disappointed client)

I was desperate to get a denim jacket and our Exact store in Phalaborwa didn't have the size that I was looking for so I ordered one online and a few days later they informed me that the size that I wanted was out of stock. So I went back to the store and asked them to check on the system if there aren't any jackets of this size available at any other Exact stores nearby and she found one in Tzaneen. Now Tzaneen is 110 km away from Phalaborwa and I wasn't going in that direction very soon so I asked her if they can send it for me to the Phalaborwa store so that I can buy it and they lady that helped me just simply said no without even trying to phone and find out if it is possible. When I ordered my jacket online I would have paid an extra courier fee so that they can deliver it to me in Phalaborwa and I'm still willing to pay an extra courier fee so that they can send it for me to Phalaborwa. But it just feels like they don't want to make any effort to help you. I just can't understand why they can't send it here. I really want to buy clothes from them but this makes me wonder if it's really worth it to have an account with them if their not willing to help you.
