Poor service delivery from exact Mokopane

Exact Mokopane the lady by the name of Signile or something, she doesn't have a customer service at all, so shouting at the customer, am saying this she just made a noise in my ears today, I decided to left didn't buy what I wanted to buy, when I leave, I realized when am at the mall that I left my purse behind, I drove back there she told me that if it was her alone she was not gonna give it to me.
