POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I went to Exact store in Rustenburg Mall and they refused that I fit their white dress. They told me they do not fit white stuff and that I should buy and return it if it doesn't fit. I had no makeup on and I assured them I wouldnt make it dirty. When I went to pay they were making themselves busy at tills with no customers. I then asked if there's no one working, that's when I was assisted.
