Poor service!!!
Good day. I'm so dissatisfied with the service at the exact store at Bridge city mall on the 31st of July I made a layby and the 31st of October it was expiring. I went to the store to settle the amount due, there were two ladies one called Zama and Zama went to look for the layby and she couldn't find it, so it was almost closing time and she said she will look for it the next day and she will call me. I ended up calling her back the next day as she didn't keep up to the promise just after five and she said they still looking on the 1st of this month. Up until today no follow up or contact has been done with me, I just don't understand how does a layby go missing. I really need the clothes.
