Poor quality on Ladies Chunky loafer

I bought ladies chunky loafer shoes from Exact on the 01-01-25 to my surprise the shoes only lasted for 2 weeks the sole is broken, the quality on the shoe is very bad. I logged a complaint to exact customer service 7 days ago still today no response, i even ask their consultant on Saturday at the boulders shopping center on what's the way forward but she's got no clue. I bought this shoes knowing that they going to last long and i wasn't even wearing them everyday, but to last only for 2 weeks, Hai i don't understand this.
