Poor quality clothes

I bought winter tights on Friday, on Saturday I wore them just getting inside the car I heard the sound like something is tearing and I couldn't believe it cause I thought I bought quality staff but no it was not the case, now I can't return it to the store cause its not allowed to take back under wears, am disappointed by the quality
