Poor online service

It's been 3 months since I ordered 2 jackets from their online store and only received 1 jackets, I been following up like crazy and always get a promise to get feedback within 24 hours, I then decided to do a refund since they could not deliver but it's still a hassle to even get that refund, TFG should just do away with online shopping if this is the poor service they deliver, it's really frustrated to be calling in every week to do a follow up and you get the same story , never again will I shop from this store.
