Poor management at exact qwaqwa

Exact qwaqwa. I am so disgusted by the poor service I received. I was in the store for hours but nobody in the store knew how to redeem the voucher I have received. Gentleman called the call center but told me that he's unable to assist me further. I called the call center myself with my phone and the branch was given instructions on how to assist me.

There was no management visible in the store nor willing to assist me. How can tfg hire such *********** staff in one branch? The Gentleman had ran out of ideas on how to assist and I don't blame him as he's not the manager. I wasted my day at the store and I can't believe that such disgusting service is allowed. I have never received such a poor service at any store ever. Somebody must be held accountable.
