Poor customer service

I bought a new fone and I'm using 4G rain sim for data Only to notice the phone I bought its 3g and don't give network to my sim

I went back to store next day for exchange they denied hence their policy says 30days return

I communicated with them since they been promising to call they still haven't

I contacted consumer protection act still promised to investigate

Now I text them to check how far since they promised area manager will get back to me

They **** on their Facebook page saying they been calling I asked them what's next step who to look for at the shop to get assistance even today they send me pillar to post.
