poor customer service
i went to the exact store in landros mare street and my aim was to cancell one of their magazines from my account but ended up being hooked by one of their items, i headed for the pay point and as i got there i was assisted by Mpho n i explained to her tht i want to cancell a club magazine from my account, with great arrogance she told me to come the following morning before 12 as their call centre knock off @12.What she does not know its tht i once was employed by the TFG company and there is no such
