Poor customer service.

Good day, I've honestly had enough of this store. My mom Resides at Orange farm so since I was pregnant I had to go back home a little till I give birth so while I was still here I went and made a lay-by for some clothes I might need during delivery but I unfortunately have birth sooner than expected and don't necessarily need the clothes anymore so just like any normal customer I've been going to this store to try and cancel this lay-by but instead the staff will have the worst attitude and tell me stories about the system being down mind you all I wanted to do was rather get a gift card with the money I already paid but they don't even wanna hear what I'm there about as long as I'm not buying they're not gonna attend to my needs. I sent my sister to go check today since I've been going for the past 3days and they gave her an attitude too so please I'm getting fed up with these ladies that work there please do something about it.
