Policies at TFG

I was retrenched March 2018 and i went to Exact to told them have been retrench and have this policy at TFG that paid up help you if you been retrench. The lady told me after she call the centre i dont have policy and i dont have settle amount i must paid the full balance. The next week i paid my full outstanding balance. July i did cancel all my policies at TFG because why must i pay and its not a benefit for me. I called in today again because they told me they will come back after she speaks to the supervisor but never did and when i called the lady give me a number of a Megan to assist because i did cancel this policy.
