Pathetic service

I came in December the 13 to buy a pants..wrong size went back the 14 to exchange stand in a long line..eventually get help..but get told to stand one side while they help someone els 13h00..not being nice just move on help next customer..i felt violated i raised my opinion where i was told just wait we will assist you..so i wait..bad service..mnr Venter
