Pathetic Service

<p>I went to Exact Store (Mdantsane City) to reinstate my account.</p> <p>I met a young gentleman (only male in that branch) who refused to reinstate my account, he told me to bring 3 Months Bank Statement, ID and recent Payslip and I asked him to contact head office and he refused as he was claiming that even Head Office wont reinstate my account. &nbsp;After 10 - 20 Minutes trying to convince him, He later told me that I&nbsp;must ask another consultant if I'm against what he was saying . I decided to go&nbsp;to another consultant unfortunately &nbsp;the lady &nbsp;first claimed that I am one of those custormers dont listen what &nbsp;told at the store. &nbsp;I politely asked her to contact head office which she later did that and after verification by head office my account was reinstated. &nbsp;it was&nbsp; TERRIBLE &nbsp;And PATHETIC SERVICE</p>
