Pathetic customer service

<p>I went to your zewenwaght store today for a mens jacket , which I first bought at the promenade branch. But was too small, I returned it the same day for a bigger size, but according to your sales staff you never had any bigger sizes. So that's when I decided to go to zewenwaght store, I asked one of the ladies if they can assist me with a xl jacket, and was told that I must come back on Monday, because she is not going to open these boxes, I begged her to help me and she screamed at me that the other customers looked our way, I felt rather embarrassed by her outburst, but still kept a smile on my face, hoping she would change her mind. If she is your store manager, think how is she chasing your customers away with that low class attitude, I am a customer all these years with the Foshini Group but to be treated like trash, by your trash piece of ****, that think she has class, </p>
