pathetic customer service

I had a very bad experience at this store yesterday at 12:00 i went there to exchange my sandals and the service was very slow due to only two tellers assisting us customers .i asked one of the stuff to try and increase the service level by adding another teller cause we also on lunch time and have to get back to 'work this teller "Yonela Tyesi " gave me an attitude in front of others customers while we were not happy with the service I reported her to her manage but I'm not happy at all that's no way to treat customers back chatting and giving bad attitude I mean we support and spend our money at the stores and this is giving the brand a bad reputation because "TFG EMPLOYESS ARE RUDE" I've also worked in a retail and I would never go on with a customer instead you try to calm the customer down and explain to them politely but TFG staff exact in Bellville is pathetic and rude I need feedback regarding my complaint im not happy at all .
