pathetic

I just want to report the service I received from Exact store at Kenilworth Centre. I brought a mobi cell last year September. The phone was giving me problems , network, losing signal, freezing. Sometimes when I am busy with one of the application eg facebook, it will give me an error or just shut the app down itself. I took the phone back to the store in May for repair and I received the cell back just a week and half after. Within couple of day I got the same problems. I call the store and they said I must bring the phone back. Which I did the 14 June2018. I waited up until 18/07/2018. I called the store to check if the phone is not back. And they said it is back I can come and collect it. Which I did yesterday 19/07/2018. The guy come back with it and switch it on and he gave me the phone. I never said I can switch on my phone. The problem is network and freezing. When I arrived at home to put back my sim ready to used my phone. I find out that there is nothing was done to it. It was still the same condition. I waited for almost a five weeks for nothing. I don’t know if they think I am insane or what. I am very very disappointed with this. I think you are losing one of the value customer.
