Paid more than the price I saw

So last week i went shopping for a J7 Samsung and when i got to Exact I saw the new J7 Neo Samsung and and got confused between the 2 phone. I than got the sales assistant (Xolani) to assist me regarding the phones and when he bought the 2 phones over he said the one that goes with a speaker is the last one on the display than he bought that one's box and another Samsung J7Neo box and a Samsung J7. on the send box of the Samsung Neo it has a different price which was R3199.99 then i asked why the price is different and said it could be that that 1 does not come with speaker than i was like i rather get that one but than he said he will check why is it different than suddenly the price is wrong and when i told them that i saw it on a certain price and according to the NRC act that is the price i should pay i was told that they cant sell it to me at that price. I asked if I can speak to the Head Office and he refused. I ended up paying more which was R3799.99. I will never refer any of my friends and family to EXACt especially at Mall of Africa
