Out of Touch with the Season: Exact Cape Gate Needs to Improve

Exact Cape Gate, Brackenfell has a great selection of stylish summer wear at reasonable prices, which is why I shop there. However, during this month of January 2025—when Cape Town is experiencing some of the hottest days this summer—the store is displaying thick winter clothes like furry jackets and warm tracksuits. It’s frustrating to see this while most customers are searching for summer essentials like spaghetti tops and shorts. This disconnect from seasonal needs is disappointing, and they should prioritize catering to current customer demands instead of pushing winter stock.
