Only saw this an hour ago when I tried on my shoe.

I went to Exact in Mitchells Plain Promenade and I purchased shoes. A week later when I tried on the shoes I saw, that the heel of the shoe was damaged, the whole back part was loose from the shoe but it doesn't look like it. I only saw it when I tried the shoe on at home. I cannot believe that I paid R400 for a pair of broken shoes. The poor quality of the shoes baffles me. I love the shoe. But I cannot wear this shoe. I will never buy from Exact again and I close my account with TFG.
