NOT WORRIED ABOUT CLIENTS AFTER BEING A CLIENT FOR 28 YEARS

Unhappy customer. I have been a customer with exact stores for 18 years. After I was handed over to attorneys due to unemployment, I have made payment arrangements to make payments each month and I didn't skip one payment. I have settled the account at around the end of Oct 2018. Yesterday when I wanted to apply for a new card， they have informed me that my account is closed because I did not use it for a long time. When I had the same situation I years ago and also settled me account, they did not close my acvount. No need to re apply for a new account. I never had this problem before when I was handed over to attorneys for this account in ,2001. I have even made payments at the store each month and NOT with the attorneys, because I did not want them to close my account after it has been paid off. I have never been so disappointed in my life.... I will never do business with them again !!!!!!!
