No notification to collect online order

I'm very disappointed in the click and collect service. It's my first time buying from Exact and I waited for 10 days and didn't get any information regarding my order until I called there customer service to follow up on my order, only to be told that the order was a at the store for a whole week and no one had the nerve to call, message or email me. And note that the order would have been returned after 8 days of no collection. What kind of pathetic service is this!!! Thanks but no thanks for future online purchases.
