New Account

New Account I have app**** for new account almost a month ago. I get that there i different divisions, I would receive a text saying they tried calling me but i was unavailable, my phone is never off and TFG are the only ones who never reach me ( suprising), anyway, i call in myself and speak to some ask whether there are any additional documents they need and the response is always NO.. last week i received 2 calls , each call asking for something additionals, these calls I get 2 days apart ( makes sense why the process takes this long).. and every time i would ask if there is anything additional they would need and the response is always NO..so here iam still no account or rather response to whether the account is approved or Not, may I be assisted please , iam honestly loosing hope in your company even before i even become your client.. really dissapointing
