Mortified with Ilanga Mall Exact Stores

Bought a dress at Exact Stores Ilanga mall yesterday (02/11/20) around 3 in the afternoon. I was not happy with the size and returned it the following day around the same time. The sales lady told me I had worn the dress as “ it doesn’t smell well” the price tag has been removed. She was soo rude and the store supervisor looked on with on word. Today they have lost a customer, in my entire shopping life I have never been treated like that.
