lying about policy

I went to Exact Mayfield Square with the intentions to purchase a gift card for my mother. I asked Sipho to purchase it , he then said its no longer available to be purchased via account. I asked Sipho and Buhle if all TFG stores are now not accepting purchases for gift cards via account. And both assured me they no longer do. To my surprise I was able to purchase it the same day at Total Sports. Today I went back to give feedback and to ask why he ****? He completely changed his tune with a lack of interest and said that Exact Mayfield store is not mandatory to sell them without an ID even when I had my driver's license.
