Long time customer very disappointed!!!

I have been buying my jeans from Exact for the past 5 years as this is our work uniform. I bought a Skinny jean on 27.02.2022 the exact same size I have worn for the past 5 years, I wanted to wear the new jean today, I got it on with no issue just and just as I got my shoes on the jean ripped from my knee all the way to the waist like it was some old worn out jean. I have jeans in my closet from exact that are about 3 year old that never ripped. This was the worst experience ever, the material of this jean is also not the same I am used to. This is horrible as this is the one place I always bought the best jeans at affordable prices. Now I will need to look for a new place. A whole R250 down the drain with a jean nobody will be able to wear.
