***** AND NOT KNOWING THEIR OWN RWTURN POLICY

I bought 2chino pants online black Friday deal together cost R130.I return the items because I wanted to exchange it for a bigger because the size were smaller then I thought. The policy said I can exchange it for my correct or get the money back. I went to the store and they took the package and printed a slip for me and I said I can exchange it for different when I got to the shop in bellville they said I can't do that because they will added the off promotion price to my account so I said I paid for It already and why must pay again for the item I already paid for I'm disgusted for this type of services and consultants that don't even know their own policy they done in the people. I will take on this ***** and forgoing agains their policy !!!!I want my money ASAP!!!!
