Lack of customer services

Absolutely no regards for clients, headed over to the till points, was met by a seemingly tired assistant laying on the counter, she than called her colleague named Michelle to come assist me, what came there after was a whole argument about who should assist and what not. Am highly disappointed at the whole scenario and just left my intended purchases there. Please reinforce customer service to the two ladies. East Rand Mall branch.
