Lack of care for employees

Good day

I am deeply appalled by the way TFG handles their staff complaints. I am a former employee at TFG I was working at Exact in Fort Beaufort. On the 27th of January 2020 a staff meeting was called by my manager but upon arrival at the store the was a non-employee attending the meeting. When we were suppose to have a meeting about whatever was the problem we never did because the non-employee started swearing at me and the manager was shouting beside her,she then assaulted me physically.

I reported the case to HR and my AM and they told me there is nothing they can do. My question is what does company policy say about letting non-employees into the store before the store has opened?? They see nothing wrong in the fact that I was assaulted in the presence of my manager by someone who had been called in by her into the staff meeting. TFG is such an ******** company that only cares about their stock and nothing more. I can never ever recommend such a company to anyone.
