Incorrect price charged for a product that could not be used

I checked online and saw a phone advertised for R1399. I sent my mom to buy it she paid R1599. When trying to use the phone we found out that the SIM card was not Rica'd in store. I have emailed TFG for the past month and been pushed from pillar to post.
