My Name is Phindile,about a few weeks ago I took my phone in for repairs at Exact.today I went back to Birch Acres Mall to check if it was back yet only to be met by a completely disrespectful Store Manager who told me it was too soon as if I was advised when is the right date to come collect my phone.her bad attitude and lack of customer service left a lot to be desired.how on Earth do you train your management staff I wonder.Throughout the conversation she was busy with seemingly more important things because not once did she bother to give me her attention in the mist of being rude.My Contact details ***.
