I will never go to that store ever again!

I bought a boot at the Exact store in Goven Mbeki, wore it 3 times and the heel was wobbling. It's not even a month i had that boot. I took this boot with my account credit. I went to the store to report this problem. The cashier sent another guy to give the boot to the manager. The manager didn't come to me, but instead he sent the guy back to tell me they can't take the boots. I felt some sense of ****** as the manager was a white lady and simply just said she is not moving in the position where she is standing. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. I felt discriminated and looked down onto. They refused to give me the name on the manager. I am going to take this further if they don't do something about this. It's not the first time I had an incident at this store. The manager at the Goven Mbeki Exact store is ******.
