I want my phone back Exact Thaba nchu and TFG

I had a problem with Exact Thaba nchu in Free state I bought a cell phone which is Samsung A21s on the 18 December 2020 and it got damaged on the 24 November 2021 and I discussed to call the insurance company and they said that I can submit a claim to the nearest TFG store and I chose Exact Thaba nchu thats where ****en hell started and after the insurance fixed and they returned the phone on the 14 December 2021. The store cannot process the phone so that I can pay the excess fee and I waited for days and weeks for the store to give me back my phone and the first week of January 2022 they ****** the store and ****** my phone in the store and now I'm suffering because of I am doing my first year in college online learning and it is very difficult to learn without a phone and im usind my dads phone and something my dads friends calls him and it will disturb the learning so it is very difficult for me to learn and i want a new phone and my parent cant afford to buy me a phone and please give me my ****en phone and please do not submit your phone in Exact Thaba nchu i beg you
