i made a purchase online and 1 item was incorrect. I also wanted to exchange another item. I went to the store close to my workplace but i was unable to get help as they said they cannot get my order on the system. I received a girls t-shirt instead of the boys t-shirt. I went to the store yesterday even this morning i was there however i am unable to get help. I called online shopping and they are referring me back to the store. Will i ever get assistance regarding this?I feel like the store dont care as i made a purchase online so in this case i should see how i sort myself out.
