I'm a laying mother because of Exact

<p>I bought a cell phone from Exact store at the Gardenroute mall George as a present to my daughter and the phone had a battery problem I returned it after 3 days of use they took it and I was told they will take it to Vodafone .I asked the ladie if I can take another phone cause clearly that one had problems already she said I can not. It's now been six months and they are not even bothered to contact me its been me whose been doing all the effort. I'm sitting with a disappointed child now.</p>
