I experienced a bad attitude
I entered the store to buy shoes and the staff was busy chatting while they were suppose to help me. I waited there for 15-30 minutes, but no one bothered until I started complaining then one of the staff gave me an attitude. She started shouting at me and only to find out that she was the manager of the store.
