Huawei phone that I can't get it back
I bought a phone from exact store in vryburg north west, I used that phone for less than a year and that phone was insurred, from august 2015 the phone started saying (unfortunately your phone has stopped working) I gave them that phone up until today I can't get my phone every time I go there they tell me a new story, the last time I went there they said their company can't fix my phone and till today they got my phone. Please help me
