Horrible service

I made an online purchase on the 21 june the latest delivery date was on the 29 June. I called on the 29 to inquire about my purchase. I was advised that they will be delivered same day fast forward i find that my purchase has been refunded and my purchase is now sold out. What happened to my order. Clearly someone is making me a fool. I will never again consider exact when i buy online
