HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE RECEIVED FROM EXACT (Pritchard street) Shocking.

The experience I received was soo horrible at the Exact (Pritchard street). Your staff clearly did not receive customer service training. There was one lady in particular who was verry helpful will try to remember her name. But overall, I was astonished by the service received. This does not even deserve one star rating.
