Horrible experience at Exact Edendale Mall

Horrible customer service experience at Exact TFG Edendale Mall, arrived at about 14:45 but shop was closed whilst trading hours reflect 15:00. Ask for assistance regarding a lay-by was told I can do that at any branch, drove to another branch Midlands Malls only to be told such can't be done.... Really disappointed and the attitude from the male staff member needs serious management attention
