HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Very poor service at the Exact clothing store at Pan Africa Mall.....Was trying to do a lay-bye and I wasn't aware of the operating hours of the store so I was waiting to be assisted for a fair 10mins and I got shifted from one person to another leaving me looking like an idiot then finally I ask who's assisting me then this lady with very bad attitude name Nokwanda I think responds with no expressions of willing to actually assist or show interest in me as a customer until I requested for the manager who was not of much of help.....I would have appreciated if she had said it's late for me to be starting to process a lay-bye due to closing time or even create a "system down story" than giving me attitude and poor customer service am very disappointed she could have handled it better than she did.</p>
