Horrible

Good day

I was appalled a lack of service at the Exact store in PineCrest Pinetown. We wanted to purchase a belt for my son and we waited and waited to pay at the till until we decided to leave and purchase at a different store. Your store has no sense of agency at all and i felt that our presence as customers was inconveniencing your uninterested staff.

I will never enter your store until you train your staff about customer service.
