Extremely rude and abrupt *********** manager

I wanted to buy a phone at Exact stores in Parow Centre today. When i asked if I could view the features on the phone I was informed that they cant remove it from the locked shelf and i must just look at it through the glas (Lusanda). She called the manager so she could explain to me \better".
